This is a fun incentive we have implemented to thank you for shopping with us repeatedly, and we are happy to see so many of you reaping the benefits already! 

As well as this, being part of our loyalty scheme means you will receive additional vouchers throughout the year to treat yourself and exclusive discounts... we really can’t see any reason NOT to join! 

How it works - step by step: 

Step 1

Create an account if you haven’t already! We can do this in-store for you if you prefer to shop in person. 

Step 2

Make a purchase, it's that simple. For every £2 spent, you will receive 1 point in your account. You can track your points when logged into your account within the account section.  

Step 3

Enjoy spending until you hit 150 points!  35 days after you have hit 150 points, you will be issued your £15 voucher which can be spent on full-price items (exclusions may apply, see here). This is only to account for any returns that may be made. Please note any returned items will not count towards your points total. 

Step 4

Treat yourself with your voucher in-store or online! You have 3 months to spend your £15 Loyalty Voucher before it expires.   

Step 5

Ensure you are logged in when on-site, so we can show any vouchers you currently have within your account and at checkout; we don’t want you to miss out! 

Good to know: 

• Points are calculated from the final order total after any discounts have been applied.
• There is no minimum spend to redeem and spend your Loyalty Voucher. 
• Points are calculated based on a rolling 12-month spending period; any points not converted into a Loyalty Voucher will expire 1 year after receiving them if you are yet to reach 150 points at the end of the 12 months.
