Once you are on the list enjoy all the perks on offer! The Gemini loyalty programme helping you save more when you spend with us, is one of the most rewarding emails you will receive. Once you reach 150 points a £15 voucher will automatically be sent. As a birthday treat you will receive a £20 voucher on your birthday from us directly into your inbox. You’ll also be the first to see exclusive discounts, new brand names and when we go into Sale, giving you a VIP early access too!

Your feedback means a lot to us, so if you think we could be doing something differently or there’s something you miss seeing on our emails, you can let us know by messaging us on any social platform or emailing us at customercare@gemini-woman.co.uk We also love to get reviews and you can leave us business and product reviews here, which are another vital component that we use in our email marketing that really helps other customers with their purchases.

The Technical Bit... Klaviyo
We have recently made a move over to the Klaviyo email platform and we couldn’t be happier! We are confident that significant improvements will be made for our customer experience and customer email journey. You will notice fewer emails if you're not a fan of the daily dose, and more specific content around your favourite brands and what you like to shop, with product recommendations and suggested items.
Gemini Woman is invested in becoming more personalised to you and learning how we can become more appealing to each of our customers. The move over to Klaviyo is just the beginning of these goals for us as we’re continually looking for ways to improve our marketing strategies. We are still adapting and learning new things about our recent change over and we want to take you along with us as we grow more.
