The Recipe:

500g Ripe Sloe Berries

250g Golden Caster Sugar

70cl Bottle Queen Cleo London Dry Gin

A large mason jar

The Method:

Freeze then thaw your sloes.

Add ALL ingredients to a seeled bottle or jar

Store in a cool, dark place

Shake well once a week

WAIT! 2 months is ideal... just in time for Christmas!
