'“Gemini Woman confidently provides a unique proposition across channels”. They were impressed by its ability to drive sales that showed impressive growth over the past year. The Stratford Upon Avon retailer was founded in 1985, and launched its website in 2008. In an online space dominated by huge businesses, Gemini says it focuses on continuing to set itself apart and bringing the store ethos – a personalized styling service offering unique brands – online.

Targeted marketing emails, a VIP customer service strategy, exclusive product and close engagement with online customers are central to the strategy. The mobile-optimised website features content such as ‘Celebrate Your Silhouette’ guide, which allows users to shop products according to which features they want to show off. The retailer also includes its customers in its marketing activities, which feature real ‘Gemini Women’ and their stories on social media, the website and email campaigns.'
